Introducing

Hello, I would like to share with you all a photo of a puppy from a dear friend of mine who rescued her from a puppy farm she is really sweet, but quite nervous at first.  She is puting on weight and showing her true colours she's like a grizzly bear at times but very docile a real lovely thing ...... don't you think?

Dragon Boat Race

Hello, everyone I'm involved in a team of women who race the ( Pink Champagne) Dragon Boat Race throughout the UK and overseas and what they do is to encourage women who had breast cancer to participate or support into this sport to lead full active lives.  I have found it to be enjoyable, hard work but most of all very rewarding just being involved in a team competing against other racers I am really looking forward to it.

New Friends

It's been a busy week for me starting on new projects and meeting new people I have met a lot of wonderful ladies during lunch and I really felt relaxed and could chat with them about anything, you could say a new beginning with new friends!!
